Ordinarily we bake our pizza crust on hearth stones in our ovens but our gluten free pizzas are baked on pizza pans so there is no exposure to stray flour particles.
Making the dough from scratch extends the preparation time. For your convenience, you can call ahead to warn us to save time. If you come into the restaurant without a call, please bear with us that an additional half hour may be added, depending on how busy we are, to your dining experience.
